The principal objective of the project was to found a truly independent freight company at the south of Russia which would be capable of rendering fleet management services of "west European" quality. What does this mean? It implies the fundamental principles accepted as a basis by the company management:

	Honest business Commission fee is strictly regulated by the agreement with the client. Accumulation of client's money at the company's account is allowed only if a proper power of attorney is provided.
	Transparency of financial operations The client is provided with SWIFTs, bank confirmations of received amounts of commission fees, freight and amounts of transfers to third parties as well as with access to the list of companies involved in the contract.
	Total concentration on client's interests Chartering of ships on the basis of study and analysis of actual freight market at a highest possible rate and with highest effectiveness of fleet's operation. Shipowner's strategic purposes and plans are undoubtedly taken into consideration and carried out during chartering.
	Personnel's high professional skills All leading specialists have higher marine education and practical experience of work in the sea.
	Consulting and financial management Consultations on freight offered to merchant and forwarding companies as well as consultations on financial management.
	Practical experience of fleet management It's been two years that the company has been operating two vessels of river-sea type of tonnage 3,000 tons.

Seasco operates cargo traffic in Black Sea - Mediterranean basin and Continent - Baltic area. In order to provide an all-embracing operation at the freight market, the company has established broker relations with all coastal countries belonging to the specified basin. Owing to this fact, our clients are able to maintain effectiveness of fleet operation at an adequate level irrespective of vessels trading area.

The most important achievements of Seasco during the years of operation at the freight market are good reputation and clients' trust. The company's concentration on an adequate post-fixing is not of little account for this fact. Practically all claims on demurrage/dispatch have been settled up to the present moment.
